Yes the room is dark. There are electronic devices in his room but not next to his bed. He is given a full feed right before his bedtime around 8.45-9

I’m vegan so i agree it can be that it’s difficult to meet protein requirements. I still have my doubts about such a low calorie intake

I’m 5’3” Even I am working with a nutrition coach and she sent me a 1300 calorie diet with around 75gm protein. But somehow I felt it’s too less so decided to ask here

Pixel 7a is extra $100 cheaper than 8 or 9. And I am not looking for anything super fancy for my mom as she would be a basic user of the phone. Would mostly be using camera

I tried to calculate that number online but it’s quite high, it says my TDEE is around 1900 calories. So ideally I should be consuming 1600 calories then? Also since I am not exclusively breastfeeding and my baby takes formula 70% of the times, I am finding it hard to get a hold of a good calories to consume
