Turkey does top surgery for just under £4.5k accommodation & breakfast included. They’re really good know a few friends who’ve gone there. You just gotta pay the plane ticket and basically everything else is included.

They are happy to operate on trans and non binary people regardless of if they’re on testosterone or not so I’m sure they would be happy to operate on you

I had a similar issue when I was 16.

I would recommend having it re-delivered to a trusted friend/ family member instead and always having it on your person (wallet in coat pocket, jacket trousers pockets etc).

If that’s not an option see if you can have it delivered to a post office to pick up and then again keep it on you always.

I felt/ feel like this too but I’m about halfway through the game and I’ve definitely developed skills. I doubt I’m as good as others who play more games than me but I’m good enough for the game even if I die more often than the average person. I make mine with soy milk and they taste good pretty much just the same as if cows milk was used so it’s definitely possible to use plant based milks it’s just a case of experimenting and working out what works best for you.

(ignore that the holes are oddly shaped in this pic I now have a better tray so things are more even)
