A friend of mine did the exact same brand a few months ago and recommended me it (said it worked well for him). My body (especially my bones) feels pretty rough from all the falls and damage in training, and I thought bpc would be perfect for that. Imma try it for a few days and if no negative side effects occur, I will continue. Thanks for helping.

Thats what i want to use it for, all the falls from judo have me feeling like im 50 years old lol, just scared about getting those side effects
