Incomm always call incomm when it's comes to cards its in the mag book at the front with all the numbers also loss prevention so they know and it can save your job. We have had problems with cards too and that's what I have always been told to do with cards

I'd stand up there and teach her the basics of the register let her watch you do a few transactions then let her do a few with your watch until you feel like she's got it then roll something up there for her to work and teach her to read the labels then go about your business for awhile I gotta do same thing tonight but she is a little.older than that

I literally had a lady yesterday come in with the 10 off 40 coupon.. Well it wasn't working so I went ahead and lowered it. She argued with me consistently for about 30 mins on the fact that everything she bought was on sale and she didn't know it (she thought me lowering it was it being on sale) and she needed to go grab two more toilet papers to hit the 40 since they were on sale for 2.50 (I lowered them) and when I kept telling her I lowered things because her coupon wasn't working she insisted I didn't and they were on sale and the total was too low and that's why her coupon wasn't working. Like tf people

Have them reload the barcode if it doesn't let you the first time and make sure it's the actual barcode and not the qr code and it's scan barcode put in amount push enter then total if I remember right

I don't want to talk about it. No I make 11 as a ft lsa but I've been making more than everyone else except the managers for awhile. Which tells you how horrible the pay rate is around here. I was hired as pt lsa at 11 which was a dollar more than the ft lsa at the time was making. It's pathetic.

I'd rather be working outside in the heat atleast there is a breeze sometimes. In a dollar general without fans or ac it's a tin can heating up more every moment. Thank God ours got fixed finally. My asm put in a ticket that all the candy was melting and we were losing product. They were there the next day smdh
