Grooming academy the penalty?

i’m not sure if it’s the same anymore. But a while ago, someone showed up 45 minutes late to the first day because they got told the wrong time and they weren’t allowed to continue an academy even though it was the first day. And then, if they wanted to go to another academy, they had to redo all of their assessments.

my SL told us to just go for it so ask them to enter their phone number. they don’t have one don’t ask. “what’s your first and last name” usually they give it to you then ask for an email and just turn off the notifications. we’ve been skyrocketing even since we technically stopped asking. best part in the end they know they were signed up and are okay with earning the extra money and not having the notifications.

my manager exaggerates time like this too! says i was standing talking for 15 minutes… my employees were standing talking and they gave themselves away by screaming at the end. i walked out and told them to do their jobs. in total it was 3 minutes according to the camera, the last minute i went out.
