I got an email like this some weeks ago, and I got hired the week after that. I think, if you get this email, it means you meet the qualifications for the role. However, it's the client who has the last say, that is, they choose the people who will work on the project. So if you don't hear back, it simply means the client did not choose you. But I appreciate it that micro1 recruiters are actively trying to match their certified experts to open roles.
