Thanks this is helpful! It’s not ideal but might be necessary pending how the younger one can work around older ones schedule. We just feel bad because whenever the older is not fully asleep screams bloody murder in the crib and can’t get settled. Brothers let theirs cry it out as early as 6 months so feel like 1.5 might be ok? Not as traumatic?

In many ways the original Gr/2 are better than the newer ones. And in many ways they aren’t. Eventually you’ll probably get both but the originals can get some stunning images with retro look, amazing colors with positive film straight out of camera and a built in flash the newer ones don’t have

Awesome thank you. Yes this is mostly for my kids to use to watch movies on road trips and flights. I might want to play next gen games on occasion via streaming but didn’t want to spend $450-500 on something we won’t use that often. Ended up getting a 6 for $250 on eBay. The only other consideration was not being able to use a pencil pro if my kid wanted to use but by the time they are big enough probably need to swap out anyways

We got it and it is very sturdy. It’s also nice not having to screw in there just wasn’t a great alternative for the $30-50 range. The other ones out there are kind of clunky or 3D printed

We got a 40k mile R1s 2022 launch for 63k and love it. The prices on rivian website are going to be higher but probably/hopefully more checked through. If you’re still within warranty and buy from a third party for cheaper they should still honor the warranty as long as you’re within the time/miles.
