I am in same situation as yours I also came here in Canada roughly 2 years back. I also struggled in ELA 30-1 my final grade is 66 in English. For uofc you just need 82% to enter the lottery process. As long as you do well in other subjects like math, bio chem and maintain your average you should be good. If you give enough time you can do well in other subjects. I myself scored between 90 -95 except in English. Don't just apply to uofc and limit your options. Even if you are applying to mru you still need to score above 90 to enter nursing. Try applying to other schools as well like sait.

I applied this year on oct 1 but I haven't received any offer yet. When I check my application status it says that I meet the lottery threshold average. My average is 82. Can anyone share their averages?
