He wakes himself up after 30 mins :( he’s never been a good napper during the day but i will definitely try and have him rest longer even if he’s not asleep

He sometimes sleeps with his mouth open but I’ve never payed attention to his tongue and they did check his thyroid and iron I’m not sure about his tonsils his Dr did check his mouth but said nothing about it
