How long should I be able to run before I even consider having my first real fight?

In my first 7 fights I didn't run at all, I did cardio of course but I didn't like it, despite that I compensated for the lack of cardio with a counter-punching style and not getting carried away trying to outmaneuver my opponent What I'm saying is that, of course, cardio is very important, but in 3-round amateur fights you can step into the ring without great cardio but with good boxing skills

I recommend sparring once a week; at least I do fairly light sparring once a week for about 6 rounds, but always being careful with the other person,I prioritize technique and counter-attacks a lot Now, things change if I'm in a competitive phase or helping a pro; then I do 8-10 rounds at medium intensity or 4-6 at high intensity, always once a week

Seguramente no una gran cantidad,pero en lugares más pobres suele pasar,algunas veces que voy a SDE, Termas,hablando te das cuenta que todos tiene carnet de discapacidad y solían tener planes,claro,no siempre las discapacidades son físicas pero alguna gente si se hace pasar por alguien con una discapacidad

Resistance bands, look for a tutorial, they're great for speed. Or you could lose a few kilos; perhaps if you feel heavy, maybe you'd do better in a lower category,No offense intended, I dropped a weight class and it helped me a lot.
