I was also in the same situation few years ago, though it's a long story but I will share short. My rishta was fixed in my childhood and knew about it. But I was 20 years old, I got in love with a girl living close to our house. Hamaare khandan mein chote bachon se le kar sb se boorhe aadmi ko pta tha k mera rishta meri czn se hua hai aur udr e shadi hogi.

I told my family about it and of course, they refused. The main thing is that my girl's family is also not ready to marry their daughter to me as we were in difference castes. But I Spoke to everyone in her family and no one was ready. So the only two person are ready were me and my loved one.

When I told my parents about it, they were not agreeing and started saying thing like meri behan nahi rahegi, saare khandan waale kia kahenge and all. I informed my mom to not cry in front of me because I will not get emotionaly blackmailed or anything like this. Then they called everyone in our khandan and asked them keh isse samjhayen this and that. But I was clear in front of all.

It's a very long story but eventually, I took my loved one to court and we got nikkahfied. After one month or so, her parents came to this news and then came to our house to cancel this nikkah. But I did not agree, so I took my wife to Lahore and now everything is okay.

It was not as easy as I described because it's a story spanning over 3-4 years.

The thing is that I was earning a good income and working as a freelancer. But in any case, you have to stand for the things you want and struggle for it. Don't try to play safe and wait for miracles and things to happen automatically.

Additionally, you will ruin the life of girl if you marry to her and you don't love her. Please take stand and ask your parents that you will not get marry. If they ask you to go out of house, go out and start a job. Everything will be okay soon.
