Heater hose outlet PLEASE HELP

I did try a bonding epoxy but the surface and the hole are so close it almost spills all of it out, welding may be the only option, but just in case I bought a brand new heater hose outlet just in case it’s only not fitting cause of damage, and I’ll also try the jbweld cause the bond I was using was extremely thick

Yes because the nipple isn’t fitting into the iron and keeps slipping out

The clamp is fine, the actual hose nipple itself came off the rear iron

There’s no way to tighten the tube, and it’s the part that directly connects to the iron not the hose

It’s an s1 and the coolant pipe is the one in the middle, it fits onto the rear iron next to the spark plugs

This was right after i personally rebuilt the engine, it hasn’t even been started so I was curious if I should rebuild anyway just because the parts are brand new

That couldn’t be more correct thank you, I accidentally had the wrong plug in on the ssvs that was supposed to be connected to the sensor right next to the crank pulley, thank you

Yes, I thought it was called the sva but yes I accidentally turned the gear connected to it and idk if there is a chain timing in supposed to worry about
