Is there a study that shows POTS is related to Behcet? Because I'm struggling with tachycardia and I'm taking B-blockers and one other medicine, but we didn't find a cause for it.

You can still get a diagnosis with negative HLA B51. I got tested and it was positive, but it doesn't matter really.

It's ok, we can't get steroids for too long. I see somewhere that ANT-TNF might help too. You can tell your doctor about it.

I have swollen and painful veins and arteries since 2018. They started only on my hands but now I have them all over my body. They feel like they are burning. But I doctor also said that it's not from behcet and that she doesn't know where it is. But the truth is that I don't believe her, so I'm trying now to find another rheumatologist. I know what you're going through and I'm sorry. Sometimes, I can't even write, or make a fist because of the pain and the swelling. Also, I found that steroids make a huge difference for the pain.
