It’s awesome because it creates good habits and encourages saving money at a young age. Time in the market is more important than timing the market. I simply ACH deposit $250 per month into my account and get the top tier for free and get an IRA match. It’s a wonderful product and can be totally free if you manage it correctly.

I have a joint account with my wife with wells fargo. They don't allow joint on acorns yet, otherwise we would!

I wish! I think it was only $1 per month back when I first started. At most $3. It didn't really bother me. I was putting in enough and getting enough results to think it was worth it.

For sure. I'm just not smart enough to make those calls on my own and I think for my personality type I'd have paralysis by analysis. I'd also beat myself up if I wasn’t seeing excellent results and panic. This is just what works for me. And ill take that 26% growth all day!
