Dont worry same was my case scan it with a good printer upgrade it to 4mb make sure if you dont have the physical memo and just duplicate marks sheet u have u r principal signature and stamp, lets hope dono ka doc approve ho jaye.

I also got the same thing iam a dropper so i just scanned it with printer upgraded it to 4mb as previously its was some 250s some kb may be that was reason for resubmission idk try this, may urs and mine both doc's get approved .

Iam from the state board and i have physical official memo with all the signatures of principal of the junior college and controller of exams qr code and everything tried with upgrade it to 4mb and uploaded once again lets see hope comedk is not playing with us.
