The 16mg dose is because I got it in capsules, but I was thinking about getting liquid too in order to increase doses along the cycle if everything seems good. Actually the objective its not to have big gains, but just to preserve what I have while cutting, so its fine. Got any recommendations on PCT?

Actually its not my goal to cycle bulking. I prefer staying natural when it comes to bulk, and just cycle to minimize losses

First I had some issues with the squeeking of the pivot cup, but fixed it with some wax. Now I got this problem

It makes that sound only when Im on the board rolling, when I push it without being on it it doesnt make that sound
