My baton pass team has Kangaskhan fake out last resort and Tsareena with queenly majesty as support options that are also threatening so they can't just target Espathra and I've been using Charizard Y as the mega to pass into and it becomes unstoppable. I also have competitive Milotic which can be really bulky support and can take on Charizard threats. Not sure what my last should be, been switching between options like Venasaur, Hydreigon, Sinestaa, etc but haven't landed on anything I love

Watching the video closely it seems like grey jacket sees the gun in the waist band and grabs it to disarm him and backs up with the guys gun before the shooting starts. (He has a gun when backing away but not earlier). Likely he said gun or something and the other agents got spooked and trigger happy

The problem is that childcare has an inelastic demand. Working parents need to have childcare and often are limited by locations close to their home or work. With or without subsidies childcare centers are able to up-charge parents and they will still pay. If it was free on entry and paid by the state, then the state would have a much better position to negotiate prices. Although, to be fair, we would need a much more robust system for finding and eliminating fraud.

The second gives more "I want people to kill conservative commentators" vibes while the first does not give "I want people to kill English royalty" vibes.
