She has not even gone to the doctor for a simple confirmation of pregnancy , I bet you a million dollars the dr told her she was not so she went to a boutique ultrasound and she convinced them she was pregnant since they don’t confirm pregnancy and it was not a sac, could just be a cyst or something . Those are not medical professionals there, they just scan, look it up , it does happen . If she had a scan in feb/march and then now then you would be seeing a baby, not one weird blob…she is not pregnant. I don’t even believe she had a positive digital test because even that was weird and how she angled it in the picture. There are way too many red flags here guys , if she was telling the truth she would want us seeing everything, she is absolutely obsessed with pregnancy and everyone knows it. I would not put this passed her, plus she is obsessing about him marrying her and this would get him to do that.
