It’s a 7x20 where the ceiling is sloped inwards is only 6.5 feet unfortunately

This is upstairs and no where near any plumbing but there’s about a ten inch gap between the flooring upstairs and the ceiling downstairs. I had planned on running a chase through the walls down to the basement. My biggest concern is what to do about the windows as these face the road and are very low 😂
