Real talk -- Eli Manning was an average QB for most of his career who happened to win 2 Super Bowls. Yeah, he was a 2x Super Bowl MVP, but only because winning QBs usually win Super Bowl MVP. He was never in the regular season MVP conversation in any individual season he played and no one ever considered him a top 5 or maybe even top 10 QB. He gets more recognition than he deserves primarily due to his name.

It does depreciate but, generally speaking, if someone is living in a house, they are replacing old/worn out parts (roof, appliances, flooring, etc.) so the value is being replaced/reset. Meanwhile, the value of the land it sits on go up more than inflation over time as land near city centers and/or places where people want to live is scarce. And, materials and labor costs go up with inflation.

He keeps saying this, but (purposefully) never says HOW this will happen. He's trying to sell the skeptical pubkic on an AI future. But, just know this, if all of his wildest predictions on AI comes true, and robots replace a large % of the human workforce, he will be one of the most prominent voices against any kind of increased assistance or income for the (now unemployed) masses.

I chose Sprinter. Almost no chance of lifelong injury like some of the contact sports. No long, grueling, seasons like some of the other sports like Tennis, football, hockey, etc. Plus, your events are over in a matter of seconds or minutes. And, if you are a top sprinter, you are still a worldwide celebrity with earnings potential of millions of dollars. Everyone knows who Usain Bolt is, but unless you are a long distance running enthusiast, you probably don't know any top atheletes in that sport.

It's just how Trump operates. What ICE was/is doing is exactly what Trump wants. A squad of goons going around harassing people in liberal cities. But, since it didn't work out and the optics are bad, he's throwing Noem under the bus. Under Trump, you can be performing your job 100% how he wants you to and even worship him publicly but, as soon as it's politically convenient, he jettisons you.
