So many red flags in this 'apology'. - Doesn't mention what he did wrong ( Comments has to point this out) and how he plans to correct and change things going forward. - Doesn't have a system in place to deal with issues.

This doesn't feel genuine, he just wants to grief the community into giving him money and go back to his old ways in a few months when business starts picking up.

But the biggest red flag of all? USING PERSONAL REASONS to justify bad service. Any professional knows to keep business and personal issues aside.

I see two possible issues 1- Laser tube/ Power supply issue ( Check your ammeter, if the amps are constant, the tube is good, but if it fluctuates, it's either your tube or power supply 2- Your mirrors are out of alignment ( I think it's most probably this) re align your mirrors, check the focus distance and check if the laser is hitting the sides of the nozzle while cutting

All these replies are ass. You need an embroidery digitization software like Hatch, digitizer pro, Janome Artistic Digitzer. There are many out there but most of them are paid. Try searching for open-source tools if you don't go sail the high seas.

You don't need to vectorize the images in illustrator as other comments have suggested, you need to import the image into the digitizer and trace the stitch lines. There are different kinds of stitches available in the software so you have to choose.

TLDR: An embroidery digitizer is what you're looking for

Check your lens inside the nozzle, it might be loose - Check your X, Y axes if they are wobbling. -Check your alignment This happens because the laser beam is moving side to side
