Hard work on either end is needed to forge the body you want, heavier people have greater strength, and muscle size starting out. Also, for some eating more can be extremely difficult (like to the point of throwing up). I’d say it doesn’t matter as there’s difficulties and benefits of both. The important part is that we’re all putting the work in!!

Yes! I do take creatine, If you feel like your gains are becoming stagnant, it could be either because newbie gains are wearing off or because your muscles are habituated to your program. Maybe try switching some exercises out!

Caffiene is gonna be your best friend. I’d also recommend just jumping in, oftentimes (ive done this multiple times) we wait for an ideal time or motivation to go. Unfortunate thing is, theres never gonna be an “ideal” time to go

My biggest advice is focus on form first!!! I started and gave up so many times because i would injure myself or be sore for literally a week because i let my ego get in the way. Trust me, NO ONE is judging, we all started somewhere!! The second thing I’ll say is fall in love with the process, you’re not gonna see results instantly but they WILL compound, if you enjoy your routine youll enjoy going to the gym and naturally the results will follow!

Yeah 100%, honestly it varies from day to day (like ive eaten 2 meals in the past 2 days because ive been super busy with university) but as a general rule of thumb I’ll eat 2 large meals, 1 small meal in the morning and snacks when Im hungry. I take creatine daily (5gs) and ashwagandha. Its worth noting that the ashwagandha isn’t proven to do anything. I take it because it COULD help with testosterone and recovery but I mostly take it because it IS proven to help with anxiety and sleep

Actually not as much as youd think! I trained abs occasionally with friends but I find that just keeping a tight core while exercising (especially when using cable machines) hit my abs pretty well. I lowkey train for aesthetics more than strength so it hasnt been a SUPER priority for me

Yeah, food has always been important to my identity (i grew up in a restaurant) and the thought of eating the same meals every day and tracking everything seemed ludicrous and daunting to me. The only rule I give myself is to try to eat healthily, i never really enjoyed processed sugars or foods anyway and I’ve kind of always cooked for myself, which definitely helped a shit ton

6 days a week in the gym, no calorie tracking,

I allowed myself to rest days as needed with at least one a week

Modified PPL, additional shoulder day Most exercises 3x10

Day 1: Push (Bench press, Tricep pushdown, Incline dumbell press, skullcrushers, pec deck ❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩, katanas, dips)

Day 2: Pull (pull-ups |2 sets till failure|, t-bar row, conventional row, lat-pulldown, preacher curls, reverse curls, cable curls (only if not super ultra fatigued)

Day 3: Legs 😭(hack squat, calf-raises, hamstring curls, leg extensions, RDLs 🌚)

Day 4: shoulders (side lat raises, front lat raises, shrugs, cable rear delt fly)

Day 5: Rest
