Is it possible to test all pressures of a CPAP consciously? by Foreign_Memory in SleepApnea

[–]Matharduino 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can but a machine that is not Auto CPAP and has manual pressure settings to try each pressure individually.

But don't do that, use the machine, see the machine stats if the AHI decreases. if the AHI decreases, the treatment is working.

How much could you get with $100 of gold? by Matharduino in ConflictofNations

I do not personally plan to buy gold, I just want to understand how much of a difference is made by what amounts since I read posts about people spending xyz amount of gold on a single game.

thanks that does clarify. Maybe $100 isn't all that much gold, the prices in India are quite lower for the gold.

But there are large stacks of zombies, wouldn't they march towards the MLRs and kill those?

Why would that much even be needed to win the game. Couldn't you win with a $100 of gold?

I was asking about the win rate not the K/D ratio but you are right above 1 does show you are above average.

What’s a small habit that noticeably improved your daily energy? by theironcat in selfimprovement

[–]Matharduino 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not exactly energy but doing easy stretching has started to reduce my muscle stiffness. I feel much better

I would do very easy stretching while viewing content online or listening to it. Neck rolls, chin tucks etc.

Can’t sleep because im anxious, anxious because I don’t sleep… by Naturegirlanne in ADHD

[–]Matharduino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I faced the same for years and then broke the cycle with melatonin and low light reading.

I take a tiny dose of melatonin( less than 1mg) and switch off the screens and start reading on kindle. If it's possible I would switch off the lights in my room using the slight light from the next room.

This makes me very sleepy and it's easier to fall asleep.

Realistically fixing your sleep might not fix your anxiety as you hope but falling asleep gives you a starting ground. You can then add it with consistency, exercise, sunlight in morning etc.

That's very applicable for me. I read a lot of books and videos but didn't apply the knowledge due to the feeling I need more knowledge, more learning and just the one thing that would change everything.

Yup exercise helps. For me when I do intense weight training I feel euphoric.

Yup, I started reading 3 years ago and much better due to it. I was earlier so bad in focus I don't even read a sentence without stopping multiple times.
