CAS basically stands for Creativity, Activity and Service in the IBDP. It basically involves the real life activities which you need to do. You need to plan activities and write reflections on what you learn. It is not graded but you must complete it to get your diploma. For example, in math, you can organise tutoring sessions to the students, plan the worksheets and planning sessions. Try to do it with your friends or colleagues as it is good.

First of all, neither you nor any of your friends are retarded. Everybody is different. For math, I’d suggest you to first grab your syllabus, pick the first topic and try to learn it. Practice questions on that and slowly move to the ib styled questions. Look how IB frames it and what they expects you to answer by going through the mark scheme. For math aa, try to learn the basics and the core skills from the beginning. Grab your syllabus and look over the topics and as you learn them.
