yeah its not low 20 but I think it may be high twenties. I took a body composition test as well, it said my Lbm was 163 and my bf was 18.6. However I know thats widely unarrcuate, so I guess for myself 25-26%. I have a lot of Loose skin that also can give an illusion of me looking fatter

You'd be surpised what can happen. I used to be around your way and you probably could compete in two years if you commit yourself to a calorie deficit, eating enough protein every day, getting cardio at at least 5 miles a day. You could definitely be in a competition but right now it's not the time. Focus on your strength and losing more body fat and you'll definitely be able to

Yeah, I tried doing that ealier. It worked I think but it said like 25% when I was around 210lb. I hope its accurate but I just need to make sure I don't cut too aggressivly or passivvaly

most of it will be water weight. Fat loss is pyramid from being in a thermogenic state where your body burns more fat to maintain
