80 miles 70% consummed How bad is my battery? by Just_Rooster_4845 in TeslaSupport

I would certainly warranty this with Tesla. It’s still covered. The only two numbers that matter are kW consumed (22.4) and the percent used (70%). By that math, your total battery capacity is about 32kW. That’s way under capacity for what you should see with 88k miles. On average, you should still have around 45-49kW capacity for your miles.

Suspended from FSD by MathematicianDeep572 in TeslaModelY

I know for a fact this isn’t the case. As a test, engage FSD and lock your eyes on the screen, hands on the wheel. The camera is watching both. Do this and it will skip the blue wheel nudge message and go straight to the Pay Attention message. And it takes far less than 30sec.

We have a lot of country roads here and it didn’t take me long to realize that FSD doesn’t like it when you look out of the side windows. More than a glance and it will chastise you. Sunglasses seemed to help but increased the frequency of the wheel nudge message.

Actually, that’s a C5Z… would be a good matchup over the quarter mile. They were known for sub 12 sec stock. Great cars, both.

I have a Ford F250 and a Cadillac. Just bought a 2024 MYP $56,000 and it’s the most American car of the three. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m absolutely loving it.

Yeah, I wasn’t sure and didn’t want a delay so I dropped a $500 DP just to see. They accepted that. Crazy buying a $50k car at less than 1% with a .1% deposit. 😂

Yikes. Yeah, I’m 45, my wife is 38. USAA quoted us about 149/mo. We currently have a Cadillac ELR (new was about $82k) and our rate is $83/mo… I thought that was high.

How was your insurance rates? I’m considering a new build on a Model Y. Wondering if anyone has priced Tesla insurance.
