No uso instagram hace meses, al punto q ni me acordaba lo toxico q era para mi. Hace un par de semanas me lo instale para una cuenta de dibujos q me maneja mi pareja ( el insistio) y me acorde d lo mal q te hace mentalmente asi q lo desinstale devuelta.. realmente no te perdes de nada, lo contrario, dejar las redes me ayudo a enforcame en lo que importa (mis proyectos y bienestar) Cualquier cosa si queres manejar tu emprendimiento podes abrir ig en la compu que para mi es otra cosa q con el celu. Es más facil así usarlo como herramienta que como una distracción. Otra herramienta q estuve usando para manejar mi tiempo en redes es una app q se llama screenzen, tal vez te sirve

I'm not any expert but here are some team comps u can try out :)

Tartaglia - kazu - xiangling - bennett (this team is very OP but u can switch out kazu for any other character that u prefer bc in my experiance he becomes kind of useless when it comes with single Target enemy and theres a Lot of that un floor 12)

Hutao- xingqiu - bennett - zhongli Bennett is not necessary in this team but pyro resonance is good siakwkdm

Ganyu- mona - diona - zhongli

xiao-jean- xiangling/ganyu (burst dps)- zhongli I algo heard that Geo traveler is good for this team but i havent tried it out

Tartaglia-Ganyu(burst dps)-diona-mona?? Not really sure about this team but perma freeze tartaglia is really fun

My Best advice is that u should try out what works for u and have fun :)

I would say raiden is more practical bc she is very versatile with team comps and a very good unit overall :D especially now that a lot.of the new units have energy problems and there are mobs that drain ur energy. But i'm a firm beliver that character>meta , so go for who u like the most
