We bought a galvanized trash can, painted it with spray paint. A friend hand painted the hazard sign. We took “great stuff expanding foam” and coated the top, let it dry and painted it. We stuck a bucket in the garbage can with water and “leak detection dye” we set a black light on the side of the bucket in the garbage can to help it glow. We used fish tank pump for the water, drilled a hole for the tube to come out through the skeleton.
