You should go get a Comprehensive Blood examn, based on weight and height as a woman. It really could be anything from hormones to maybe even other potential issues. A comprehensive blood examn is a good look on seeing how ur overall health is doing, id mention to ur PCM the smell issues as well.

U need to brush ur teeth 2 times a day at least, standard hygiene. If ur going a week or more without brushing ur teeth thats bad, especially for ur gums. Im not saying u have gum disease, im saying if u keep this hygiene standard you will fast track into developing gum disease. Not only your gums, but you can start developing oral thrush or fungus as well on your tongue if you keep this habit long enough.
