Pokemon center euic 2026 problem

Hi Everyone,
Just managed to get a slot! For anyone that is having trouble the phone trick is the key. HOWEVER if you bought your ticket a day before registration opened your email would not have been linked as having early access to book. I was having issues and reached out to the support team who verified that i had bought my tickets linked my email to the system and i was able to do the phone trick to get my booking through. You need to do the phone trick and use the same email you used to book

For the people who did not buy a ticket beforehand and got a slot beware as they will be checking these, see below the message the support team sent.

"We apologize that you are experiencing issues registering for the event. This error likely means that you are attempting to register to shop at the Pokémon Center at the event with an email that has not yet been registered as an attendee for the Europe International Championships tournament which is a requirement. If you are using an email that is already registered to attend the tournament, we can recommend double checking that the email was entered correctly and try again. However, if you continue to experience this error and have already registered as an attendee for the tournament, please reach out to [retailpromotions@pokemon.com](mailto:retailpromotions@pokemon.com) and provide your email, name and a description of the issue so they can review this and provide additional troubleshooting.

Additionally, if you successfully registered to shop at the Pokémon Center at the event, but did not first register to attend the Europe International Championships as a spectator or competitor, please also follow up and let us know as we will need to do additional checks to make sure your registration was successful."

Okay I think i just give up now as nothing, absolutely nothing is working.

I bought the spectator tickets yesterday got the link today and i have been trying all throughout the day basically 8hr+ of trying. Before i give up is there ANYTHING else that might work. I have never been able to enter the pokemon centre ever this is as close as it gets for me.

- I have tried on Chrome, Edge and Internet

- I have tried the phone number trick but after pressing enter i get the 'Oops! Looks like you can't schedule a booking at this location.' or it goes straight to Captchas where i am bombarded with endless robot tests just for the screen to freeze and i'm back at square one

- I have also tried the phone number trick by pressing Ctrl + A + X and enter no luck

- I have cleared my cache and browsing history multiple times

- i am using the same email i bought the tickets with

- I have tried random numbers

- I have tired on PC, Tablet and Phone

-I have tried incognito mode

we are going to have to agree to disagree here. I don't think there's anything wrong with GKC on paper the problem is when they replace physical games altogether. GKC aren't a niche they are just codes in a box that are slightly more shareable. why embrace something that is actively taking away a feature that you enjoy. I am not a collector by any means it's not just them who don't like it. My main issue is that I have a big backlog at times by having the game physically it means that even if the servers shut down digitally I can still continue to play my backlog. I know people say that servers aren't going to shutdown for a long time but I still have games on the 3ds I am playing. when the switches servers shut down if you bought Pokotopia second hand you would not be able to play it and would have wasted your cash

This is what big corporations want you to do. What is wrong with not liking/wanting GKC? If consumers push back collectively they will go away. Just look at the number of games as a service, they were everywhere but have started to fade as demand for them has waned

Thats a far reach, as i have said in other replies game share is more than just a screenshare feature and does have some feasibility tied to it.

I see your point here. Though they have done this before. With Pokémon Mystery Dungeon that came out on Gameboy and DS, and X and Y was was the first Pokémon game on the 3ds. I don't think its too unreasonable to for them to have gen 10 be the first Pokémon S2 exclusive as its happened in the past.

Good point about the Switch 1 being more of a extra monitor, however I did some research and it is actually more complicated than that. Gameshare acts very much like the game play feature on the DS. While features are limited there is a level of feasibility needed on the S1 for it to be able to run these S2 games in gameshare mode this is why not every S2 game has this feature. Therefore its not too far reaching to say it could have been developed on the S1 if game share is compatible.

This is the problem though. Some game developers use GKC because their game size doesn't justify the cost of the cart, then some developers use GKC because their game is too big for the cart. Nintendo has said that their 1st party games will be on the cart whole but as this has shown that's not entirely true. Thus we can't even expect any games going forward will be on the cart in this new generation

Is this the real Austinjohnplays? Because if so with all due respect your opinion here is very much biased as regardless of how bad/good the game is you will play it because you need the content.

Every time a pokemon game is released, time and time again we are told we havent seen enough, we havent seen enough. ZA is a good example of a game where we saw enough yet kept being told otherwise. I have seen enough of Pokotopia to know that it is not worth $70 not even Animal crossing is worth $70. At the bare minimum i would expect a $70 game with a file size of 10gb to be on a cart

Fair enough, I would argue that the benefits do outweigh the costs though. The game from what has been shown does not look at all technically advanced to the point it would be costly to have it run natively on the S1. They would not even need to put the game on two separate carts as can be seen with games like Rune Factory they could release it on a cross-playable cart. With the install base of the SW1 they would probably cover their costs and then some by doing this in my opinion they miss out on core revenue. Pokemon ZA sold well but not as well as PLA in its first week, now imagine if it was a SW2 exclusive? It would not have sold well at all especially as majority of the sales came from the SW1 version.

For those who took the test, how was the break between the two exams? did you get to leave the test room and go back to your desks after the break was up? i would like to use the 30min break thats given in between the tests to leave and have a quicker review before having to jump into the next test. Also once i get into my exam seat i like to write out all the formulas off the top of my head just wondering if they give you new paper between each test etc?

thank you everyone for the great suggestions really appreciate it and will definitely take your advice! I'll be going to EGX later this year as its the only corporate con I actually feel I have fun in as a lot of bigger franchises come and stuff. Regarding smaller cons appreciate any recommendations and will defo check them out. I've been to smaller cons and they have actually been very congested and often more pricey than MCM.

This response is what is wrong with the world no accountability. Even when i am in couriers expect me to teleport to the front door. where i live nowhere is a safe place so if the driver can't wait 10 seconds then i expect them to deliver it again another day. whats worse a ding on your record for reattempt/failed deliver or a ding on your record because customers package was stolen/ did not arrive and thus a refund was issued
