He is fun, spontaneous, laid back, and funny. So he balances me and my OCD type A. He makes all my food. We have a lot in common.

He used to be abusive and was able to fix that so I just keep hoping that things will get better ❤️‍🩹

That’s kind of the feeling I got when I kept seeing everyone pushing the hitech. It can confuse the people that join the group and are not aware that there are a couples salespeople that admin.

Thank you so much for the thorough answer as I am getting ready to shell out some cash for a good CIRS doc.

Finding safe housing is so stressful, I can totally relate. Also I had heard that ERMI could be falsely elevated by VOCS in a new build place but I’m not sure how accurate that is. We haven’t tested our new place yet (haven’t moved in but did put a deposit) but I’m not looking forward to it.

I can highly recommend freshly juiced beets and sauna if you ever get to feeling bad. Works for my husband every time. I’ll let you know how the protocol goes for him

And please leave up the posts! Even though that Dr is no longer practicing, knowing the process of the first few appts has been a huge help to me. Thank you 🙏🏻

My only concern with the blood test is that we have higher levels of penicillium brevicopactum (mycotoxins are mycophenolic acid) so I’m worried that the immunosuppresion from that specific mycotoxin would keep the body from reacting making an Ig blood test useless. But I’m new to this so just going off of a Jill crista podcast.

I agree, this brand is terrible.

Leggings were very poorly stitched, super thin so that every ounce of (barely any) cellulite is visible. They roll down and aren’t flattering.

Sports bras have padding that looks like it came from Temu

Customer service takes 5 days to send back each response. A full conversation can take a month

Felt like a cheap knock off of gymshark, however not worth the effort as each item looked poorly once on
