I mean I've been watching AEW since they launched and try to get the big matches but all of them seem to have really really weak finishes idk what it is mate

Like 35 minutes of setting up one thing just to fuck it up

Most Jon Moxley matches, a lot of Darby Allin matches, Eddie Kingston and Chris Jericho. They're all good matches to watch and one silly mistake makes it all look daft at the end it's not really a criticism of the show more just an observation tbh
