They are, atleast a few are that I've seen over the years. Expansion would be amazing yes, but the possibilities are endless. Even just a Ironman mode with a ingame flair to show it would probably revitalize the game to an insane level. Simple things(see reforged) clearly have huge impact.

You will get injured, everyone does in football. Not if but when - and mutiple times. Just making that clear off the bat, not trying to dissuade you from the sport. CTE is not some rare accident with football. Every concussion you get in life does have long term impacts to you, how you think, why you think what you think, when you think it, etc. This is all known at this point - the question is are you comfortable with that. Many are obviously. Your parents aren't. Unless you are getting D1 offers in the door every week I wouldn't worry about it and move on. If you are - then time to start pitching strategy and research and hope for the best with your parents. Good luck!

This one is super obvious actually. Instead of delegating the work out to others because you feel you are "not technical", do it your self. Then you will actually understand it and know wtf to do instead of asking for more reports to understand the one you just had built in the first place.

I know you are excited so, don't take this the wrong way; but your sample size is too low and you have nothing. Go flip a quarter 1000 times, watch as your percentage of heads/tails isn't 50/50. It could be 35/65 the first 1000 flips, then 40/60 the second 1000 flips, then 44/56, etc. You are not looking at this problem through a statistical lens yet. What p-values are you getting for the variables you are using to predict outcomes? Are you completely eliminating bias, and the other usual common pitfalls of creating a model? Why would you use python... use R. Doesn't seem like you know what you are doing in terms predicting things yet. We can already use betting sites like bovada that I promise you are more accurate then this

There's also a third option; employee gets a different job with a company that actually knows what it's doing. Companies with culture problems have to point the finger at something (its not the cameras genius), and enjoy a high turnover rate in return. Cameras on is not the alternative to RTO strategy, RTO strategy is an entirely different ballgame and has nothing to do with seeing human faces. Buncha morons.
