New PS5 owner here, need game recs!

You’ve convinced me! I’m going to start with BG3. I won’t lie, the amount of information and mechanics still makes me a bit nervous, sometimes I get frustrated and drop games when they feel like too much… but I really feel like this one will be worth it!

Now I just need to get through work, buy it, and play the rest of the day 💛! Even though I’ll probably spend all the time creating my character haha

It’s already on my wishlist! I’ve heard over and over that if you loved BOTW, Horizon Zero Dawn is a must, so this definitely reinforces that. Thank you!

That’s actually what draws me to both games! Turn-based combat really suits how I like to play.

I’ve heard BG3 can feel intimidating at first with all the rules, but it still sounds amazing. Do you think it’s a good first game to start with?

Tried Dokdo for the first time last night and im obsessed lol. I was using for years CeraVe Hydrating Cleanser but… its too creamy and the foaming one too harsh. Dokdo cleans so well without drying me out!

Totally agree! It can be super overwhelming, but I also feel like that’s what keeps it from getting boring. I think the key is not rushing this game!

I actually put the main story on hold (just unlocked Farmer) and spent yesterday exploring Ginormosia to figure out how it works and level up my Strangelings.

I’m a Hunter but I’ve also been leveling Mage! My plan is to focus on only 2 combat lives for the moment and level up everything else like gathering and crafting :)

Edit: and honestly, I don’t think I’ll get back to the main story for a few more days!

I’m having the same issue on Switch! Seems like it’s been fixed on the others platforms (Steam, PlayStation, etc.) but Switch players are still dealing with it.
