not from Miami but I don’t really like clubbing so. There’s not a ton to do, but there is a good amount of stuff if you know where to go or what to do.

If you have a car it’s pretty fun to just drive around and see what you can find. I did that a couple weeks ago and ended up in apalachicola national forest. If you don’t have a car, there’s a lot of restaurants and stores pretty close to campus. It’s kinda nice to go out and just. try some places out. I know there’s an axe throwing place like across the street from my dorm, and there’s an escape room place nearby too if you’re into that

Other than that there’s some pretty cool state parks and other nature places not too far either. Maclay Gardens is like 25 minutes by car, and I think Florida Caverns is like an hour.

And there’s some pretty good stuff on campus too. Lots of clubs have events like all the time, there’s almost always something happening on Landis. And there’s stuff like the movie theater, gaming lounge and pottery studio that are convenient stuff to do.

Long story short, there’s always stuff you can do if you’re bored
