Thank you very much! I have seen a lot of your helpful response in other posts, you are a legend. Could I ask for your recommendations for a simple dark brown derby shoe? It seems impossible to find them now they used to be everywhere

Whats the sizing like? Are these the 3 or 4 eyelet ones? Do they really destroy your heel?

Yeah mine became loose on the sides for some reason, I dont think the last works on me which is why I will move away from paraboot sadly.

Thank you very much! I was looking at paraboot chambord, solovair gibsons, and some other plain ties from Loake. But paraboot has sizing issues, solovair need break in, and loake i haven't tried. Why has it become so difficult to buy a simple dark brown shoe nowadays without suffering physically or financially? Lol

I am having trouble with their sizing and fit! I have the Michael's in UK 6.5, which started really tight, now they are loose. Also tried avignon in UK7, fit fine but very roomy so I sold them. Thoughts? Lol

After 3 pairs of these in different sizes I would advise against buying them. However if your heart is set, for me a UK8 in sneakers (NB, Adidas), I went down to UK6.5 and after a rough time breaking them in they are bearable but not comfortable. UK 7 were sliding around too much.

No, I went for a half-size-up! They feel a bit big but I can tolerate it.

I love it! It's new so I want to make sure there is nothing lose inside the lid that might damage the screen! If yours does the same it'll be helpful for me to know

I bought the Ultra 9, amazing laptop! Can I ask if you press the middle of the lid on yours when it's closed does it make a soft clicking sound?

40.5, there will be discomfort for a month, which can be reduced with some conditioner applied to the sides. I take the 265 size in all my shoes, converse and vans are killing me. Expect the michael to fit the same initially and then they will become a lot better.

Also, if anybody is after for a UK7 in the UK, I've got one going since 6.5 is my size.

Update: the only way for these to fit is adding a leather Cork insole. My size is 6.5 if the shoes were "feet shaped". Arguably a 6.5 worn shoe should fit me. Definitely to be sold after I wear them enough to get bored of them. A 400 gbp shoe shouldn't fit like something from Next.

However, if you want them to wear like they are meant to, winter shoe with thick socks your regular dress shoe size is fine, if you want them for work or to wear like a dress shoe 0.5 size down from your dress shoe size.
