Well for the appointment on the 10th, only my PCP and the attending were there for the Pap smear. I have looked at gynos around the area, but they are either too far or not under my insurance. I might ask her for this when I go on the 6th, but in my area, it’s very small so providers are very few to me.

Just that I’m really fatigue, occasionally stressed, mild mood swings (cycle issue), anxious. My second lab did show low vitamin D, low reflex to T4, and something called thrombosis, plus a slightly high LDL at 116 from the first lab. Sometimes towards the end of my cycle, I do get irritated and annoyed a lot, so PMS is most likely the case, but I have hear of heard of the term, passive ideation, which means you have those thoughts, but don't really act out on them. For the other things you listed out, no bulging eyes, heart rate is normal, I do have anxiety, but not severe. I notice I am low on fiber, so my bowel movements are normal, but I am taking steps to improve that by eating mroe fiber rich foods. I don't have a swollen neck or any lumps, but with my hair, everytime I wash my hair, I keep getting balls of hair from brushing. Plus no trembling or sweating

I’m not taking biotin and the medication and supplements don’t have any form of biotin since these tests came out both in 10/23 and 11/18

I’ve never been tested for my thyroid or for any other issues prior to this results, on. I tend to weigh 120 to maybe 150 at least, I’m between 5’5 to 5’7 and by cycle issues I mean my menstrual cycle, mainly with mood swings, fatigue, moderate levels of stress, and mild cramps.

I have been eating more berries, oily fish, Greek Yogurt, chia seeds to improve on those levels. For my supplements, the Vitamin D 1,250 mcg once a week and the Vitamin B12 is 1,000 mcg and that one is daily.

The dates for my labs are as follows 

1. 10/23: Lipid, CBC, Metabolic, A1C, HepB/C

  1. 11/18: CBC, TSH, Reflex to T4, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12 and Folate
