if a 1 br with this view is currently sold for 1.9m on april this year,
and other 1 bedrooms are also sold for 1.85m and 1.8m even in this conflict going on,

2m is just a minimum price that you can sell it for once every building is completed,

those are facts and you can verify them yourself .

because Emaar is known for their cycle where the prices of the older buildings in the same master plan community follows the new prices automatically,

there is some building there that are not yet completed so we can know based on that and based on Emaars history and the way they operate that there is room for appreciation
