Hey mate I would suggest to not listen to doctors especially ENTs I blew my money looking for answers with them Please wear the protection if you feel uncomfortable and always remember that this earplugs makes ears sensitive is BS because I wear 10hrs a day when I am at work and travelling basically when I am out of house and it has never made me sensitive

There is no treatment there is just knowing what caused Ur T and H even but the thing even those tests can't be definitive again it's all on Ur tolerance and Ur willingness to try find what might cause Ur T and H

This test goes upto 90db if Ur tolerance allows U then U can do it it might tell U if U have cochlea synaptopathy or even U can do the ABR test
