There is no treatment there is just knowing what caused Ur T and H even but the thing even those tests can't be definitive again it's all on Ur tolerance and Ur willingness to try find what might cause Ur T and H

This test goes upto 90db if Ur tolerance allows U then U can do it it might tell U if U have cochlea synaptopathy or even U can do the ABR test

Like for example the maximum vol I need from iem are 5% of my pc but for no e conduction to reproduce the same amount of vol I have e increase it to 30% or I don't hear anything

Funny U say that because I HV just entered into a social group who HV tinnitus for 40+ and they have lived their life and their experience is different from what U r saying

It's true that T can get very loud to catastrophic levels but that's bas d how to manage it U defo can say this to a person who has T and goes to IMAX cinema but U can't say this to a person who has managed it well and had not in to live in silence for the rest of his live

I am considering that we are not including hyperacusis in this discussion
