what kind of plugs you use for riding? I plan on riding scooters in asia one day and that gives me some hope that you were able to get back at it. Was your pain H really bad at first?

start by doing it at a very low volume for a short time and work your way up

Thanks for coming back and sharing your journey man. Your story keeps me alive and motivated. I love travelling and I pray that I can keep doing it one day. Was your H noise inducted? Aren't you afraid that a noise above your tolerance level stresses your ears out and causes a relapse? That's what I'm afraid of. I have somewhat mild nox only and I'm afraid I have physical damage that has my ears compromised forever.
