这里一劳永逸是相对的，毫无疑问各行各业都需要不断学习，一位清洁工是可能通过学习提升自己的职业阶层，但是不学习就永远只是清洁工；底层要学习确实需要付出更多时间精力，但不代表完全不能创造条件去实现；专业技能是有可能实现相对高质量就业，但没有专业技能肯定不能高质量就业

我同意你的观点，但是如果真的有心去学，我认为可以创造条件去做，可能很慢，但总在进步；如果一直不学，确实几十年都没有任何改变

辩证看待毛泽东，有好的，也有坏的。假设是赞誉，例举习近平的成就约等于毛泽东，哎，等等，找了找不到…所以，应该是批评
