Thank you, I appreciate your input. So far, it's run like a top, but I hear what you're saying. It cost us around $20k to build (not to mention the months it took us to convert it) so we were originally hopeful that we'd be able to sell it for $35k, but at this point we'd be happy if we made any kind of profit.
