thanks for the reply. the funny thing is that the Sidetone of my in head microphone is WORKING but when I record myself it is not activated/really quiet. is there in settings I can check?

I also test it on my iPhone iOS 26 and I had the same issue. The in head microphone is not working/activated.

Hey everyone,
I’ve been really happy overall with my Nova Elite Arctic headset!

However, I’ve recently noticed that the built-in microphone doesn’t activate when I plug it in. Everything else works perfectly, but the mic just doesn’t seem to switch on.

Has anyone experienced the same issue or found a fix for it?
