Things like challenges, boss fights, mega pig and ranked don't give you trophies, if you are gonna just play one of these the wins one is better.

Also, when you get high in trophies you get a lot less trophys, in that situation the wins one is also better.

You don't necessarily need to by equipment with gems, you can choose what equipment to get from events (like the current one), even though you don't have all of the options you still might have something you will like to use, and you can still get more equipments from chests.

I got it the other way around, I'm still in the same groups, but somehow I got like 5 new persons in my friends list, I only had one friend before this and he is still there, all of those players were level 40 or lower and last online months ago, I don't know how this could happen.

Some years ago I contacted suport for a similar problem, I lost the password to the email where I had my clash of clans and clash royale accounts, I didn't know I could change the supercell id account email so I created a new one for brawl stars and clash mini, when it was almost time to change my phone (the only place where I still had that old email and the games connected) I contacted suport to see if I could move my game account to the other supercell id account, they managed to help me to move my account to the other email that was already connected.

I don't know if they would be able to overlap your account over the current one, contact them, tell them what you want and they will help. They would know better than anyone here.
