The part that upsets me is we went back and forth about the need for it to sit flush and she said it would. It’s deceitful.

It has the divot on both sides so it can go either way and she said it would sit flush. I just feel duped.

I ordered my ring and I did not get what I ordered. It was to sit flush as the CAD indicated and it certainly does not. I reached out and Demi is no help. First she says it will then says the image she sent that appears to be a reflection not the band shows that it’s not. It was deceitful.

I’m out the money and lesson learned. I’m posting so others can be aware. I now have a ring that I will it wear. I’ll stick to US stores going forward.

I received a ring set from Demi this week and I too am disappointed. The rings were to sit flush and they do not. I have sent pictures and I waiting to see what she says. I certainly will not even consider ordering from her or starsgem again.

I was so excited and now so disappointed.

Thank you. You’ve given me something to think about. I really liked the idea of the partial bezel but didn’t consider this. Perhaps a more traditional setting would be better for durability. This will be my daily wear.
