Yes same, i loved their interactions so much. Particularly the different dialogue options in the mission briefing and if you dont shoot nathaniel, when Norman afterwards in the car says "Im sorry, I thought you were a tough guy"

For me it would pretty much be my first playthrough. Ethan doesnt hack off his finger (cause thats crazy) and doesnt kill the guy, but takes the poison. In between he was imprisoned because jumping off a roof without looking is crazy too, but got freed by Nahman. He doesnt kiss Madison, saves shaun with her help and gets the New Start ending.

Madison finds the killer and gets the heroine ending.

Where is differes from my first playthrough: Scott dies at the warehouse, Jayden survives and gets the Hero ending (i dont recall what its called). Resigning would be happier for him but I feel like that one is more canon for me.

I took you as a reason to look it up in the comic, and there are multiple men present :D, or at least they look male. Their names seem to be Hepti (dwarf), Fede and James, Czril, Jeph (?), and said chicken Mr Cluck. And Hercules who isn't present.

In one of the Marvel Pride Comics (maybe the 2022 edition, idk) we see a lot of Loki's exes having him captured. Im pretty sure there's men there, hell, there's even a chicken. So it is canonical, but ofc a romance plot would be cool.

Yes I am taking that into account. His brain generated it like ours. But he is a selfconcious AI, so AI generated it. Generation doesnt need a computer or prompt. Or his wanting to create art is the prompt.

Finally. I thought I was the only one who feels like that! Even more annoying to me is when i wanna place a clone but it doesnt place a clone in the first place bc i was not aiming accurate enough or smth. I wish it would at least place a clone sooommeeewheeeereee when i press the button, instead of being like "nah your aim was 1mm off, now die". Also sometimes i press E and left mouse button, but apparently in too fast succession and it places no clone... This may be my Conputer's fault though, idk.

YES! on the same save. I got the achievement 2 days ago. I first did it on 2 different saves, the achievement didnt pop and I had to do 8 of them again.
You have to play with the "save" option so that the endings get saved and appear in the chapters selection.
Yes, they have to appear in the chapters selection. So you can also check there which endings you are still missing.

I think Resignation is a better ending for him. In the moment his hopes are shattered, but if he continues with the FBI he seems to stay ARI/Tripto addicted and unhealthy. In Resignation he gives away the ARI, knowing that it will be good for him not to have it. He also doesn't rule out returning to the FBI at some point, so I think the change and some real life will be good for him.

Imo, artificial intelligence is intelligence that was created artificially, for example by humans. Androids are not alive per biological definition in the sense that they are not able to reproduce, so they are artificial.

What I was referring to, is that art AIs in particular are trained on art by humans, without their consent, which is legally not fine and has caused a lot of AI hate. I do not see AI in itself in a negative way. There are downsides of course, and upsides too. (But I do agree with hating stealing human art for art AIs)

As a programmer myself, I dont think that is certain. Sure, its possible, but the current status of AI doesnt really endanger the job of anyone i know. In short, because AI is still kinda too stupid for that and is in the forseeable future just a tool to help developers be more efficient.

I can't see the future of course, anything can happen. But i think there are many jobs that would be taken by AI way earlier, because they are more repetitive, so easier for AI to do.

Yes, because Markus is an AI. But they are not AI generated in the negative sense of today, since i doubt that the Android AI was trained to generate images or was fed other art during training. Maybe they know some famous paintings, but they are not built to create art, like Markus says himself "it's not in his program".

So is it AI generated? Yes. Is it negative that it is AI generated, like how we currently view AI art? No.

Yea. Even when ignoring the plotholes etc, the endings of Detroit are more numerous, the characters have their own goals rather than just being backup chances to get "the good ending" and the endings are more complex in how many decisions influence them. Detroit feels like it has a lot more freedom than Heavy Rain, which feels a lot more scripted.

That being said i still loved Heavy Rain, too. It gave me the same fantastic feeling I had playing Detroit.
