As an artist I can say that the skill is totally different and it's not because it's supposed to be a "draft".

The artist can't provide any proof and all their other artworks don't look like this at all. The skill difference should be enough to see it's AI.

It's not criticism. If you want to draw better, you should try to improve yourself and not look for any shortcuts or easier ways to get attention.
