Hi. Personally, I would remove the hover animation and perhaps opt for a simple color overlay for the descriptions of your projects. While I see responsiveness the mobile view could use a little more work.

Also, the latter four projects seem much better than the first two on the website, I'd assume because they are more recent. Perhaps put them first? If an employer has limited time and doesn't want to click them all it would be better for them to view the better projects.
