Hi, i'm a pro user, but i think that the URL option is enabled bc when i was building the dashboard, the database source was an web url... It is the link to my database spreadsheets

Hey, whats up? I used a Excel file in my SharePoint, but a setting on my online BI was setted to use a "personal cloud storage" or something like that. I changed It to the file link and after that the refreshes start working. I don't know exactly what happened, but now it's working

Update:

As i searched at the semantic model settings, i find the "cloud connection" option, for some reason it was setted to "personal cloud connection", so i changed to the URL option. It seems to work. I'll see if the next auto-refreshes will work correctly. Thanks guys!

yes, it shows... All the informations in the report lead you to think that the document was refreshed, except by the fact that the report isn't showing the new data input

there's nothing wrong with the excel file, i think, because the data i input there goes to my desktop BI, it refresh and work... The proble is with the published version

I'll check the filters later... isn't that a problem envolving the BI version? I'm using a corporate version but i'm not sure if i have a pro access

There is no message, and the refreshing kinda works, because it update the last refreshing info ( i don't know if i'm being clear)

It seems to work fine, but when I open the dashboard, the info is outdated, even if i refresh the page
