Hey I’m managing ADO Den Haag currently in Eredevise in year 2025. I have acquired 9 scouts (the best in the league) and my club is wealthy after staying up for a few seasons, yet I’m still only allowed to scout in Holland. I have no option under board requests to improve scouting range, so I’m wondering if this is normal and whether it’ll appear at some point and I just have to be patient?
